Ergo - 40'

Did 40' tonight without slides. Only a mere 9628m rating 20 but average HR was 166, max was 183 when I took the power up a little in the last minute.

REMINDER:

• Monday 6pm, and Wednesday at 7pm - circuits at Fenners. I shall be attending tomorrow.
• Tuesday and Thursday morning: 4+, meeting at the boathouse at 6:50am.
• Wednesday and Friday: 8+, meeting at the at the boathouse at 6:50am.
