• Today - 40' Rate 23

Training this week:

• 60' Circuits on Monday.
• 29' Mueller pyramid on ergo on Tuesday.
• Eight on Wednesday morning.
• Nothing on Thursday, helped out four in the morning.
• Eight on Friday morning, then 2*20' at rate 22 on Friday evening.
• Eight yesterday afternoon.
• Today: 3*10', rates as per training programme for variable rate session.

Right:

• Out in the eight twice and the four once last week.
• 40' (2:04) and a 30' (2:02.8) on the ergo.
• Circuits last Monday and today.
