So far this week; I've done the two outings and a bike ride of 27.18 miles at an average speed of 18.5mph. Pictured is my heart rate data; over an hour at UT1. Playing squash tonight but first I have to learn about nuclear power engineering!BH for 17:45 on Friday please, then 09:15 on Saturday.
