Wind and rain

Really windy the last few days so unfortunately I haven't got out on the river. Plenty of rain at Augusta as well so while I wait for the golf to resume, I went on the ergo. Did the usual warm up then 10km. The baseball cap was requred for the first twenty minutes as sun was streaming through the window, but I completed a comfortable row with a sprint for the finish with 1000m to go, finishing in 40:39 (yes I know it's not very fast Andy...!).

Weighed myself the other morning and I'm 65kg. Therefore, any ideas of how to put on 5kg in muscle? There is the Matt method, but as partial as I am to pork pies and an apple turnover, there must be another way? Are lots of squats, lunges and press ups the order of the day?

hmm, I don't even have to come down to 70kg, 72kg at the most. Right, just have to put on a sixth of my weight in muscle between now and the Mays!

I have been trying protein shake stuff as well, not entirely sureit is making any difference though. Possibly because I was already totally ripped....
