2 15K's - splits roughly 2:04's (as i was getting back into it after said man flu)
3 80 minutes - splits roughly 2:07's (2 before the man flu, 1 just before i did my back in)
and thats it. sorry. splits are only rough because i forgot them. I will see what i cna do today and tomorrow, but it's more likley i will start erging again when i'm back in cam on monday for rowing week.
If your training has been better than mine, show me up and blog it, if it has been lamer than mine, well......
