So, for those of you new to the blog, it's a good way of keeping everyone updated on how the training is going, and making sure that everyone is keeping fit over the holidays.

16/03/2010 2*20 mins (1:52.3 @ 20, 1:52.3 @rate build)
17/03/2010 Outing
18/03/2010 Weights + 2*20min erg
19/03/2010 Outing
20/03/2010 Outing
So that's 6 sessions last week (8th-14th) and 8 sessions so far this week (15th-21st)
