Ok so not as much as I intended but:
Week 0:
16/03; Erg 60mins + Sit-ups and Squats
17/03; Erg 5k
Was then in Exeter for a few days
Week 1:
23/03; Erg 5k
24/03; Erg 30mins
25/03; Erg 60mins
27/03; Erg 2k (To see progress)
Then thwarted by the clocks yesterday morning, so only 4 sessions that actually count. Will hopefully restart with Abingdon soon, and get some weights done too...
