Here's my training for 22nd - 28th March:

Monday: Weights
Tuesday: Erg - 2 x 20 mins
Wednesday: Outing and sculling
Thursday: Weights, outing
Friday: Outing
Saturday: HoRR
Sunday: Weights

So that's 9 sessions this week.
