I have started the beach weights in earnest. Am going for lots of reps, just whenever i have time during the day. eg one day 200 sit ups the next 200 pressups, and so on. Hopefully i will be well ripped by mays (Sadly this has fallen down on day 2 as i don't feel like doing the sit ups due to a bang on the back playing rugby).

That is provided they take away the 2 for £1 offer on Party Rings (biscuits).

Today i did 10k on the erg at 1:54.9. Then i played rugby this afternoon.
