As well as sit ups and press ups I have done the following:
10K at 1.58.4 (Rate 20)
10K at 1.55.9 (Rate 20)
Cycling for about an hour on Sunday morning.
In order to avoid wasting away with all this hard work I had 2 roast dinners yesterday. I started at lunch with 3 courses (if you include the cheese), an excellent roast sirloin. I then had a slight break before formal at John's in the evening. I can recommend their roast pork as succulent and tasty. The pudding at both meals was exemplary.
