So this week (so far as I can remember) was:
Monday: Weights (chest session)
10km erg (rate 24, 1:47 splits)
Tuesday: Weights (legs + arms and back)
Wednesday: Afternoon 2- outing
Thursday: Morning 4+ outing
Weights (monster session)
Planning another 10km for tomorrow (Friday) afternoon. Anyone interested. Want to get below 1:45 splits within a couple of months.
