Back once more

It is so good to be back. And to start the ball rolling, training for the last week included:

9/3 - 15k @18, 1:59.7 splits.
10/3 - 15k @18, 1:59.1 splits.

Also a few M1 outings in preparation for the HORR, a nice gentle 2 hour walk along the course on Friday evening and of course the HORR itself.
