Right, I hate this blog but I'm doing this from sheer peer pressure. This week I have done shitloads (for me), and it felt gooooood:
Monday: 3.5 mile run, in took about 25 mins. Not very good, but first run in a while...
1 hour of weights
Tuesday: 15k, 1:04:05
Wednesday: 15k, 2:05.8 splits, forgot to look at the time
Thursday: 10k (couldn't bring myself to do another 15k) 41:30, then 1 hour of weights
Friday: 4 mile jog, took about 28 mins
God I feel fit. I'm going to be ripped when I get back...

You were ripped before you left though! Sadly pec definition does not a good 2k make. If it did you would be doing 6:30 or something and Benson would be yet to finish one ;-)
