Ok training thus far
15 k just before I came home 1:04:10
next day
2 k - 7:23.5
500m 5 minutes after - 1:36.4
No ergs since I got home but hopefully I will get access to one in about a week.
But I have been running for about 30-45 minutes 2/3 times each week + general fitness (sit-ups press-ups and stuff)

if you did 1:36 splits 5 minutes after a 2k you can blatantly go way faster on the 2k! good stuff with the training, if you not being able to get to an erg try and gradually lengthen the runs out til you're doing about an hour, and make sure you keep the upper body stuff going

Cheers, theres meant to be a 1 infront of that 5 and say 15 but still I know I could have done better at the time anyways so hopefully come back with a much better time.
it shows you've got the power, just needing more fitness, but you've come on so much already, and what with all that training you were doing before the end of term, you'll be getting fast soon. having someone to shout at you during a 2k is also v helpful.
