Training for this week was:
Monday: 15k - failed; my arse hurt (i mean agony, not it 'ache slightly' or some bollocks) so i stopped at 30 min.
Tuesday: 15k - 2:03.3s - PB
Wednesday: 15k - 2:02.8 - new PB
Thursday: 15k - don't really know we'll say 2:04.2 - screen was off so i couldn't tell what i was doing, realised when it came on after 4k that i'd been raping myself, then up and died slightly, with added anal agony to top things off.
Friday: felt sick by the time was gonna do 15k, so didn't :)
Saturday: watched the boat race, got drunk, walked all over london, that has to count for at least half of a 15k? :P
Sunday: 2k - didn't poo myself - 6:53.1 - PB - finally sub7, Wooooh!!
That's it for now, hopefully this week i will actually do the 6 15ks i had intention for, but aiming for 6 and failing to do 2 (and of course failing to complete 1), is better than aiming for 3 and still failing 2, or something like that, so i'm fairly content.

Cheers Chris, I do another maybe a week before term starts, try and get another 5 seconds off, or even 7 i'd like a 6:45 fairly soon, 6:45 deffos by when we do the term starter 2k :D
