Week 0 before leaving Cambridge, relativley light I'm afraid, 2 outings, 1 in the pair, 1 in the four. Also one 15K to ease into it all again....
This week only managed 4 out of my 5 15K's :( don't have times for them all off the top of my head, but the last was just under 2:05's.
