I was somewhat ill after Fairbairns and so my training has been a bit slack. However I have managed:
Mon: Weights at Fenners
Fri: Outing in 4+
Sun: Weights at fenners plus 10k, rate 20, split 1.54.7 at fenners after weights.
I have included details of the weights sessions as comments to the post as otherwise it would take up too much room.

Monday Weights (note that the form is weight (per dumbell), reps, sets):
Dumbell bench press: 22.5kg*10*2, 22.5kg*6*1
Forearm curls: 14kg*10*3
Not sure of actual name but standing and lifting arms out to horizonal at sides and down and then front horizontal and down: 7kg*10*3
Pullovers (ie on back with weights behind head and pull over to above body): 9kg*10*3
Overhead press: 16kg*10*3
Assisted chin: 76lb*10*2, 70lb*10*1
Sunday Weights:
Dumbell bench press: 22.5kg*10*3
Forearm curls: 14kg*10*3
Side/front: 7kg*10*3
Pullovers: 9kg*10*3
Overhead press: 16kg*10*3
Assisted chin: 76lb*10*2, 70lb*10*1
Dumbell flye: 14kg*10*3
Dumbell pull: 22.5kg*10*3
I think those lifts are called lateral raises.
All this sounds just like circuits - maybe you shuld come next term!?
