Lots of sculling

Here is my training from the last week:

Mon: Sculling, lock and back + reach
Tues: Sculling, lock + 2 reaches
Weds: Sculling, lock and back + reach
Thurs: Sculling, lock and back + reach +weights (see comment when I put it up)
Fri: Sculling, lock and back + reach
Sun: Weights, again see comment when I put it up
