Okay, I have actually been doing something other than erging, a couple of weights sessions a week, but mainly erging. Here is this weeks erging:
29/08 - 15k, 2.01.3 @ rate 20, hr 166
30/08 - 15k, 2.01.8 @ rate 20, hr 164.5
31/08 - 17k, 2.02.9 @ rate 18, hr 163
01/09 - 10k, 1.58.7 @ rate 21
02/09 - 2 x 10min with 5 min rests, 1.48.4 @ 22, 1.46.3 @ 24, 1.44.5 @ 27 (I will confess to slight overrating here to ensure that my last 10 min was faster than your 2k split Matt..... ;-)
04/09 - 17k, 2.02.7 @ rate 18, hr 166

Wow - that's lots of erging you two. I'm still cycling to work each day, so it's about 5 hours a week, plus anything I do at the weekend. Nothing weekend just gone though, was REALLY windy.
Yeah I got the pacing right this week. Last week I did 10 mins at 1:46.8 rate 22 and it crippled me for the 2nd and 3rd 10 mins :-)
