Whatup, here's my training for you all to (dis)approve of:
Thursday - gym (cardio about 20minutes, and weights) 1.5hrs
Friday - gym (same as before)
Saturday - gym, 2 hrs, was gonna erg but then i had to poo and was at the gym so didn't want to go i will do a 30minutes tomorrow, which will likely be gash but i need to get back into it.
