More Richard Training

Forgot the day - 15K - 2:06.0's

Wednesday - 44 min run (I think the distance was 4-5 miles, not certain on that, yes i am a slow runner, HR 157bpm avg)

Friday - 42 minute run (same distance, now I am a faster runner, see, HR 163bpm avg)

Saturday - Weights plus 500m erg test (I beat Pat by a second, score, shame he is hencher than me)

Richard is exaggerating. It was .8 seconds. Get it right.

but what were the scores? Like 1:35 or something hence why you didn't mention it?

Also 2.06 is a bit lame, take a second off per week until the end of the holidays. If not more, I am sure you should be able to do 1:59 fairly easily.
