Training

Hey all

27/7 - 15k @ 18, 2:03.4 splits, avg hr 163 (I think)
28/7 - Arms, shoulders and chest weights
29/7 - 15k @ 18, 2:02.something splits, avg hr 168
30/7 - legs and back weights
31/7 - 2k, 6:55.5
2/7 - my puppy wasn't in the mood for a run, went by myself, got a little over 3 miles in and got a really painful stitch for some reason, i wasn't even really going that fast.

Was good to get a full week in at the gym. I'm on a visit overnight tomorrow so I'll probably only manage some core, press ups and stuff, I'll try and go for a jog as well.
