Week Three

Here's the training I've done this week (5th - 11th April)

Monday 5th: Outing 4+
Tuesday 6th: 30 mins cycling avg 33.5 km/h, weights, 1 hour run
Wednesday 7th: Nothing
Thursday 8th: 1 hour swimming training, 2 x 30 mins cycling avg 31.6 km/h, outing 4+, sprint ergs
Friday 9th: 2 x 30 mins cycling avg 31.4 km/h, sculling
Saturday 10th: 2 x 30 mins cycing avg 32.1 km/h, outing 8+, outing 4+, outing 8+ (again!)
Sunday 11th: Nothing

So that's probably 10 training sessions since a couple of the outings were a bit short.
