tue 24/1 - rugby match
wed - outing in 8, not good at all, some people definitely v rusty from xmas!
fri - outing in 8, again not very good
sat - much better outing in the 8
sun - ran in the Tough Guy event in wolverhampton (www.toughguy.co.uk for those interested) came 184th out of 3500 who finished (about another 1000 were pulled out on medical grounds, i.e. hypothermia!)
