SO, I've had (suspected) tonsillitis all week up until today, so yeah, no training, sux, BUT i am finally rejoining my old rowing club tomorrow for my first outing in yonks, would be nice to hear of more people getting up to some rowing (I know some are)
I believe this week it's time for another erg test. I'll make it even shorter in the hope of enticing more people in to doing it: 5K. Note this is probably the distance you will be tested over on return to the squad in October since it matches the Fairbairns course distance, unlike 2K. As added insentive, the owner of the fastest time that isn't Chris Braithwaite's gets to set any test they want for next week, doesn't even have to be an erg test, so get going!
