I have not done a great deal to be honest.
Thursday 2 sets of singles tennis 2 core exersises
Friday 15k small wights session 2 core exersises
Saturday core exersises
Sunday would have done somthing but it snowed so I went sledging all day
Monday erg broke after 7k the screen stopped working completly annoyed at this I then got on the weights leg press 190kg 5 sets of 20.
Bicep curls 10 reps of 32kg 2 dumb bells of 16 lifting together
various other weights exersises do not know what they are all called.
