I have finally started training properly.
Sunday 2 sets of tennis core exersises
Monday 5 mile run did not time it 2 sets of core exersises
Tuesday 5 mile run 40mins weights and core exersises trying to keep up with my mate who is a lot better than me at them
Wednesday circuit session and a game of indoor hockey which is a painful game and more core exersises
Had a wank over my ex girlfriend last night. I know it is wrong, but I still had her keys and she is a heavy sleeper.
