Right, training for this week...
Monday: 1hr run, 1hr of circuits
Tuesday: 15k (which ended up as 3*5k with about 1 minute breaks in between). Not sure of splits as the machine turned off halfway through- about 2:07.
Wednesday: Outing in the pair with Willy Benson, lock and a reach
Thursday: 1hr of circuits/weights
Friday: 50 min run
Saturday: 1hr of circuits/weights
