Monday: 15k @ 18, 2:00.5 splits - had to slack off for last 4k or so.
Tuesday: 15k @ 18, 2:00.3 splits - felt much better than yesterday, took a video of the first 15 minutes.
Wednesday: 15k @ 18, 1:59.6 splits
Thursday: 15k @ 18, 1:58.8 splits
