Training

Mon - 15K - 2:06.2
Tues - 10K - 2:03.6 - couldn 't make it all the way to 15K :(
Thurs - 15K - 2:05.7
Sun - 15K - 2:05.4

Getting there, slowly. I also did 20 mins core afterwards on Mon, Thurs, Sun and 40 mins of weights on Mon and Thurs

I would suggest that with those splits you probably aren't keeping your arms straight and hanging on the handle. I would concentrate on just that for the whole of the next erg and see if it helps.
