Andriy's training

Sorry, could not log this in on Sunday :) This is my training from last week.

Monday

20 minutes in the rowing pool. 12k in pair. Abs training. Don't know how to call the exercise when you hang on the bar and lift yourself, but that is what we did as well :)

Tuesday

8k in pair. Fitness training after that.

Thursday

12k in pair. Fitness training after that

Saturday

8k in 2x. Fitness training after that.

P.S. I am not logging in some random training I do at home, as it is nothing compared to what I do during normal session :)
