A lot of this week was focused towards mondern pentathlon due to my competition.
Monday: 3k Run + Weights (arms)
Tuesday: Swim
Thursday: Swim
Friday: Swim
Saturday: 3k Run
Sunday: 3*2k ergs (6:43, 6:56, 6:56)
Also for week one which I never posted since I was in the Republic of Georgia, Armenia and Abkhazia.
Monday: 10k run +weights (chest and back)
Thursday: 10k run + weights (arms)
Saturday: 10k run + core workout
