Mein Training, es ist super cool, ja!

Tuesday - weights + cardio 1.5hrs;
Wednesday - same;
Thursday - 8+ outing;
Friday - 1x outing (keeping up with Andy was hard, I want extra credit :P);
Sunday - weights + cardio 1.5hrs.
