Mon - Probably about 10k in a 1x
Tue - 12k in 2-, spent most of the outing trying to synchronise the drive phase properly so the boat didn't skew so much
Wed - 2- again, and an 8- in the evening, was a bit rubbish, was rowing with all the vets
Thurs - 2x, about 10k
Fri - 2-, about 8k, followed by touch rugby
Sat - 14k in 4x
