Trained

I was a little ill at the beginning of the week, but I'm pretty much back on top of it now. Wouldn't mind a few more days before the 2k but in all I'm pleased with how the last few weeks have gone.

Week 6

14/04 1x outing. Starting to get some feel for it but horribly inconsistent.
15/04 5k @ 18 (c. 1:55) + 2k @ 22/24/26/28 (c. 1:45)
15/04 1x outing. Blown into the barges, spent about 20 minutes getting out. Better after that, mainly need to work on confidence really at this stage.
16/04 15k @ 18 on sliders (easy does it - ill). 1:04:07 (2:08.2).
18/04 Weights (Day 2 programme)
19/04 Weights (Day 1 programme) [500m: 1:36.6]
