Wednesday: Sculling
Thursday: 4*2k erg (6:36, 6:48, 6:53, 6:52) and weights (chest and back)
Friday: 10km run and weights (biceps and triceps)
Saturday: Day of rest
Sunday: 3*2k erg (6:32, 6:48, 6:48) and weights (chest and back)
