Did 3 ergs this week. They were supposed to be 15ks but ended up being just over 10k. I didn't stop because i was too tired or couldnt be bothered. I was forced to stop due to serious buttock pain. The agony type of pain. After taking about 10 minutes to stand up again i finished each session with 20mins of stretches and core.

It's all about the anal-pain. I suggest taking a towel and sitting on that, alternatively you could sit on someones face, but it might add too much weight to the erg and cause a lower split. Up to you.
